Tuesday 6/10/08

Today for lunch Gina and I heated up the leftovers from the cooking class in the oven. It tasted just as good as it did the day before. Its nice not to have microwaves here. If we did we would of definatetly of thrown the food in the microwave and it wouldnt of tasted half as good and would or probobly been soggy.

For dinner tonight, Gina, Nate, and I decided to use the rest of the reduction sauce yesterdays cooking class. I went out and bought some hamburger for the sauce. We had the some bread with olive oil, basil, parmesean cheese, and a little pepper to start and then had pasta with hamburger and the red wine and onion reduction sauce. It was awesome.
